1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us in writing. Cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon in the service contract.

Refunds are processed only for eligible cases as per the service agreement.
No refunds for services already rendered or for change of mind after work has commenced.
Any advance payments may be refunded if cancellation is requested before work begins, subject to review.
All refund requests must be made in writing to info@mvssunited.com.

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately. We will review and resolve disputes as quickly as possible.

MVSS United Solutions reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
